• Account information: Name, email address, phone number
• Profile data: Address, neighbourhood, household membership
• Vehicle information: License plate, make, model, color
• Documents: ID document, proof of residence, face image (for verification)
• Location: Approximate or precise location (if you enable location features)
• Device information: Device ID (for push notifications)

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide neighbourhood security features (alerts, vehicle tracking, voting)
• Verify your identity and residence
• Send invite emails and notifications
• Improve app functionality

3. How we share your information

We share data with:

• Supabase – Database and authentication
• SendGrid – Transactional emails (invites, verification)
• Google Maps – Address validation and geocoding
• Firebase – Push notifications

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with household or neighbourhood admins as needed for app features.

4. Data security

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

5. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. When you request account deletion, we process it within 30 days and permanently remove your personal data.
